JD Clean offers cleaning services tailored to the needs of residential properties, commercial spaces, medical facilities, and car grooming. All services are customized according to the client’s requirements and provided with adequate manpower to fulfill the job.
To book a cleaning service, clients must provide their name, email, and phone number along with their inquiry. Payment for services must be made before or upon the completion of the service, depending on the agreement between the client and JD Clean.
Clients must ensure that they provide accurate and complete information when booking services. Additionally, clients must ensure access to the premises or vehicles for cleaning purposes at the scheduled time.
If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule a service, they must notify JD Clean at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
While JD Clean takes all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for any damages or losses that occur during the provision of cleaning services, except in cases of gross negligence. Clients are responsible for ensuring that valuable or fragile items are properly secured or removed from areas to be cleaned.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of New Zealand.
